The Assemblage of our Ride On Cars	Please note that, during the manufacturing process, the plastic of the car has to be bent and molded, which will result in small indentations, light scratches, or pressure marks on the bodywork. These will NOT affect the overall performance or design of the ride-on car and will still have all high-end specifications of our upgraded models. When purchasing and receiving one of our ride-on cars, we make sure the assemblage process is easy and quick, which is the reason why our electric cars come around seventy percent pre-assembled and only require some minor touches. Assembling our cars is not a hassle at all; we send a detailed manual along with the package that explains all the few necessary steps to set up the ride on and assistance video can be provided per request. These steps do not involve any cable handling and will mostly include installing the wheels as well as the steering wheel. For the electronics part, you will only be required to connect the plugin to the “contact”.
Surface nature when Driving	Surface influences the speed of electric cars. When driving over a soft surface, you will probably notice a reduction of the ride on the car’s speed, which is why we advise driving our electric cars over a solid surface. The same goes for riding grass: although it is definitely possible, it will reduce the speed of the car.

Returns & Refunds

Policy Overview:

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, the buyer must purchase a return shipping label with tracking information and provide it to Kids VIP.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees:

Items not returned in new and unused condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 60%.

DOA & Damaged Items:

Any items that are damaged or not as described must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Reports must be made either by phone at 844-543-7847 or via email at support@kidsviponline.com.
Full service including replacement of damaged parts or the entire item is provided if the damage occurred during shipping. Buyers are required to open a claim with the shipping company and provide all necessary documentation and photos.

Tax Information:

Sales tax of 6% is applicable on all products shipped within the state of Florida, as required by law.

Part Sales:

All parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refund Processing Fees:

Refunds issued via Credit Card or PayPal are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation & Refused Packages

A 5% processing fee is applied for all cancellations.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Refusing Delivery:

If a package is refused upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for a 40% restocking fee.

Issue 2: Motor Issues

Symptoms:

Grinding or clunking noises from the wheels.
One or more wheels not spinning.
Vehicle powers on but doesn’t move.

Solutions:

Check Wire Connections: Examine the connections to the motors. Secure any loose connections or re-solder any broken wires.
Test Individual Motors: Where possible, disconnect each motor and test them separately to identify the defective one.
Consider Replacement: If the motor wiring is intact and the motor still fails to operate, replacement may be necessary.
